The average Nigerian CEO or owners of Business firm in Nigeria especially, do not treat their employees excellently, even though they demand excellent service from them.
Dear CEO,
Let this mind be in you, what you sow, is what you reap. The law of cause and effect is still in place.
If your employees are treated with disdain, they won't treat your customers right.
The Employer is supposed to be a mentor and a leader. The work of the leader is to guide his follower and teach them IN PRACTICE, appropriate work behaviors, ethics and values
Just as a child will do more of what you do than what you say, your Staff will only replicate your behaviors and actions when you are not around.
So what legacies are you leaving with your staff?
The ball is in your court.
