In charge of the following:
- HR Policy development
- Labour Relations
- Talent Management
- Training and manpower development programme and design
- Compensation Management
- Must have a minimum of 6 years experience
- Worked in middle/senior management in an organisation of nothing less then 500 employees
- Associate Member of Human Resource Management professional bodies
- Have a first Degree and Masters in Law
- Sound knowledge in labour law
