Great Leadership comes down to Behaviour. You can climb up through any means, but what sustain you at the Top is your Behaviour or Character, therefore, Behaviour is Key. Here are Six types of Leadership Behaviour you should cultivate to succeed in any business of life:

1. Collective Responsibility: Everyone's role is important and critical for the entire organization's success. In theatre, it is often said, there are no small Parts, there are only small roles, thus all hands must be on deck in pursuit of the goal. This thinking brings focus and sense of belonging from followers and achieve result greatly. For Example, Nigeria was quickly able to win the fight against Ebola last year much to the surprise of the international community because of the display of this behaviour

2. Encourage Communication: Speaking the truth is Powerful. Team members should be encouraged to speak up and ask questions. What people can't change, they complain about. Therefore convert complainers to problem solver by asking them to speak and deliberate possibly. Thus you're simply fostering new generation of leaders this way.

3. Expect High performance: Huge assignment stretch the team's goal and consequently performance, so give reasonable challenging task. Teams don't burn out from challenging roles, they burn out from monotonous/boring task.
Raise your expectation and communicate it if you want the team to raise performance.

4. Give the Credit: People naturally would stick to places they are often appreciated and complimented. Where necessary, give credits to deserving team or individuals.

5. Take the Blame if need be: Always expect mistakes from the team at some point. So drive energy for solution instead of recrimination. If the opportunity to take the blame arise, take it; it will inspire Loyalty

6. Enjoy Work: Work should be Challenging but should be enjoyed. See you at the Top!
